£10.00 to £49.99 : £4.95

Over £75.00 : Free Delivery

Orders placed before 12pm Monday to Thursday are collected same day for next day delivery.

Orders placed Friday, Saturday & Sunday are collected Monday and delivered Tuesday.

Click & Collect:

Our Click & Collect service is free, we aim to have your bags ready within 24 hours of ordering, you will receive notification via email or text when your order is ready.

In order to collect your order please produce the following: Proof of order via receipt – printed or on a smart phone.

If you are sending someone to collect your order please make contact and let us know who is collecting < they will need the same proof (screen shot of the order).

All click & collect order require signatures on collection.

European & Global Deliveries:

We receive regular requests for delivery across the waters, please email us with details of what you require and your postcode, we will enquire at Royal Mail and get back to you with a price.


Returns & Exchanges:

Local orders should ideally be returned / exchanged instore, this allows us to provide the best service and replace your order with the correct item.

If you need to return the item via post and receive a new one then postage is to be covered fully by the customer.

If we are at fault for the wrong item or there is a defect etc – we will pay 2nd class postage both ways for the exchange.

(Please note: your replacement item is not released until the original order is returned)


Refund policy:

Within 14 working days of receiving your order, all Items must be in a re-saleable condition i.e. undamaged, in their original and undamaged packaging, unworn and complete with all tags and labels attached.

Personalised items cannot be returned.

We reserve the right to refuse to refund items that are returned that are not in re-saleable condition.

Goods returned in an unsatisfactory and not in a re-saleable condition may be returned to you at your expense.

Goods must be returned with your original receipt and be in the condition that they were purchased.

ithout a receipt we will exchange or refund in vouchers at the last known selling price.

Orders are usually shipped within 48hrs and posted by UK Mail and Royal Mail, please note that these maybe signed for services so please ensure someone is in to sign for it. If for any reason your item is unavailable we will contact you within 24hrs to advise.
Any deliveries scheduled to arrive on a Bank Holiday will be delivered the following day. Please note we are unable to guarantee next day delivery on any order. If an order is delayed due to weather conditions postage is non refundable due to nature. Please make sure that you select the correct shipping zone at the checkout or additional postage may be required.
If an item is unable to be delivered and is not collected from the depot (UK Mail or Royal Mail) within 7 days, the parcel will be returned to us and you will be charged postage rates again to resend the item/s to you. Deliveries are only classified as lost after a period of 28 working days after posting.
